Dear valued member, 

Our presenter for this event, Nicoletta Stella, Ph.D., is a multifaceted leader with an outstanding record of the life and business experience and a passion for learning and people development. Born in Italy, she worked herself through scholarships and grants to gain a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Southampton, spending 6 years in research, between University and Industry while working for Shell Oil in the Netherlands. 

Nicoletta moved to Banking, with ABN AMRO, RBS, and finally BNP Paribas. In a total of 19 years in banking (10 of which in the Middle East), she covered global roles in Product Management and regional roles as Head of Sales and Coverage in MEA. She has managed P&L and led teams of Sales and Coverage staff with diverse cultural backgrounds and seniority. She achieved outstanding results for her business by turning her employees into cohesive teams of resilient and optimistic people. Next, to her Ph.D., Nicoletta holds a PMP and various certificates in the field of Psychology. She has lived in 5 different countries and is fluent in 3 languages (English, Dutch and Italian). 

Her pride is her integrity as a leader. She displays solid analytic and planning skills.  She is result orientated with a true passion for people and believes that everybody can flourish and grow to live a life full of achievement and purpose.
After this session, participants will be able to:
  • Recognize that Teamwork boosts performance.
  • Improve the ability of teams to communicate and work better together.
  • The importance of collaborating and sharing information effectively to solve problems.
  • Increase the motivation levels of people participating in team building.
